Nowadays, where competition is increasing, an enterprise with a high level of customer satisfaction achieves competitive advantage and increases its profitability. However, the level of psychological capital levels and job satisfaction of the employees who are called internal customers are among the issues that are effective in realizing the objectives of the enterprise. The aim of the study is to determine the psychological capital levels of the employees working in the carpet factories in Gaziantep Second Organized Industrial Zone and to determine their job satisfaction status. On the other hand, the other aim of the study is to determine whether there is a relationship between the dimensions that constitute the psychological capital levels of the employees and the dimensions that constitute the job satisfaction. At the end of the study, it was found that psychological capital levels and job satisfaction levels of the employees working in carpet factories were at a high level.
