With globalization, human needs and expectations have changed. As other areas, education is struggling to adapt itself to this process. Globalization and changing values; universal values like secularism, democracy, full freedom of the individual, human rights; has also changed the educational philosophy-programs and the model humantype, of the states. One of the prerequisites of achieving the target of ¡°model human type¡± which is defined as the change in human individual behaviours in desired direction through their own lives is to carry out all activities within a curriculum.
