In this context, the working group, consists of 50 coaches working with special athletes in Turkey. In order to collect the data of the study, personal information form consisting of 6 questions and the short form of the Minnesota Job Satisfaction Scale (MSQ) consisting of 20 questions were used. In analyzing the data, frequency and percentage distributions were examined in order to see the personal variables of the coaches. The Kolmogorov-Simirnow Z Test which is one of the normality tests was applied to determine the statistical analysis on the data. In the analysis of the data, since the normal distribution condition was provided, the Independent Samples T-test was used for pairwise comparisons and the One-Way Variance Analysis (ANOVA) test was used for multiple comparisons. The statistical procedures applied to the data obtained as a result of the research were analyzed by using SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) for Windows 23.0 package program. Significance level was taken as 0.05 in statistical operations. As a result, it was observed that the job satisfaction levels of the coaches working with the special athletes did not differ according to their gender, marital status, age, vocational seniority, educational status, and having disabled relatives. However, in order to generalize these results, it is suggested that different studies involving more coaches should be carried out by the researchers %K £¿zel sporcu %K zihinsel engel %K antren£¿r %K i£¿ doyumu %K £¿zel olimpiyatlar %U http://dergipark.org.tr/etad/issue/41884/485069
