%0 Journal Article %T Examination of Institutionalization Degree According to The Business Structure: A Survey on Hotel Enterprises %A Engin TENG£¿L£¿MO£¿LU %A Erkan AKG£¿Z %J - %D 2019 %X The main objective of this study, to determine the differences of institutional levels of the hotels according to their structural attributes like their owners (family business or not), seasonal work or none seasonal and belonging a chain or not. In this context institutionalization level scale was implemented to senior managers and mid-level managers who work in five star hotels in Antalya. Institutionalization level scale is consisted of five dimensions which are formalization, professionalization, cultural power, consistency and transparency. Results of the analysis which made between the institutionalization level and structural attributes of the hotels in Antalya we found that none seasonal hotels have more formalizations and cultural power than seasonal ones. As well as we determined that none family businesses hotels have more formalization level than family business ones.
