%0 Journal Article %T An Examination of Creative Leadership Features of Pre-school Teachers %A BANU D£¿KMEN ADA %J - %D 2018 %X In this research, it was aimed to determine the creative leadership qualities of pre-school teachers working in formal and private pre-school institutions and public and private primary education institutions. In the study, it was examined whether the teachers' creative leadership characteristics differ in terms of some demographic variables. The research was designed in the descriptive scanning model. The questionnaires used in this study are "Personal Information" and ¡°Creative Leadership Questionnaire¡±, developed by the researcher, to examine the creative leadership characteristics of teachers. The Cronbach-Alpha reliability coefficient of your scale is .986. In the evaluation of the data, Kruskal Wallis-H test was applied since the data did not show normal distribution and the Mann Whitney U test was applied to determine which groups caused the difference. The findings about ¡°Creative Leadership Questionnaire¡± of teachers are as follows: creative leadership qualities of teachers are over middle-level.
