%0 Journal Article %T Determination of Attitudes on Renewable Energy Sources of Pre-Service Teachers %A Murat Gen£¿ %J - %D 2019 %X This research was conducted to determination of attitudes on renewable energy sources of preservice teachers. In this context, the main material of the study is the data obtained from D¨¹zce University Education Faculty students. In the research, ¡°Attitude Scale for Renewable Energy Resources¡± was used as a data collection tool. The scale was applied to a total of 421 prospective teachers who were educated in Science Teaching and Classroom Teaching program. The scale has four sub-dimensions in terms of ¡°application request¡±, ¡°the importance of education¡±, ¡°country interest¡± and ¡°environmental awareness and investments¡±. According to the results, there is no significant difference in terms of gender scores in terms of total scores and sub-dimensions. However, in terms of the ¡°application request¡± sub-dimensions, it was found that classroom teacher students had a significantly better attitude than science students.
