The mentioned variability generally relates to transformations in productional relations. The first industrial revolution, which lasted from the last quarter of the 18th century to the middle of the 19th century, revealed mechanical production. The second industrial revolution is a process that enables mass production with the introduction of the assembly line and electricity. The basic subject of the third industrial revolution, also known as the Digital Revolution, is automation. Nowadays, integration of information technologies and electronics into industrial life is in question. This article focuses on the possible changes to production in the working life and, in short, the developments in employment in the distant future. In this article the distant future is a quarter-century. Intended to evaluate the possible changes in working life from a macro perspective. The scope of this article is the general business style in industrial structure with advanced technology. In each industrial transformation, some countries can be fully integrated into these processes while others do not fully realize these processes. A universal, simultaneous work pattern is not realized. In this context, the interpretive approach is preferred in the paradigmatic level. As a result, it can be stated that mass production and individualized production will be activated together. Employees are likely to remain alien to sophisticated industrial vehicles and structures. In such a case, the competencies that employees should have are subject to change.
