%X This study tries to examine how the affairs in internal and foreign policies of Turkey during Balkan Wars (1912-1913) were reflected in the annual reports of English Embassy. For that purpose; the factors causing Balkan Wars, formation process of Balkan Alliance, the attitude of Turkey before and during the war, its policies, and the diplomacy followed by European countries- mainly England- during the Balkan Wars were handled in the mentioned reports
