Compared to other occupations, higher burnout level of social service personnel and the work environment¡¯s being more hazardous affect the quality of care service in a negative way. Current research carried out by the disabled and elderly care personnel working at a total of 11 aged care and disabled care facilities in the provinces of K£¿rklareli, Edirne, and Tekirda£¿ aims to determine whether the levels of burnout and working life quality perception differ according to the socio-demographic characteristics of employees and to investigate the relationship between burnout and working life quality perception levels. In the research, survey technique and complete inventory method were used.
