%0 Journal Article %T A Research on Perceptions Affecting Women Employees Behaviours in Hotels %A Bur£¿ak K£¿z£¿ltan %A G£¿zde Kubat %A £¿¨¹kran £¿ktem %J - %D 2018 %X In the enterprises, the productivity, behavior, success and career development of the employees are influenced by their perceptions about the working environment. In this research, the perception of and glass ceiling syndrome, which is thought to be obstructing women¡¯s career development of women employeess in hotels, organizational justice and alienation to work was examined. In this research datas were used from obtained 11 female professional tourism experts working in different units in Hotel Sueno-Antalya, Wyndham Grand Hotel- £¿stanbul, Polat Thermal Hotel-Karahay£¿t, Pamukkale, Denizli, Lycus River Thermal Hotel- Pamukkale, Denizli. A two-part question form was used in the negotiations. Negotiations were held in 2017. It was measured how important are the perceptions compared to each other in the first part and extensive of the behavior in relation to the results in the second part. The question form was formed by researchers conducting research. The analysis of the effects of the three identified organizational perception on the rank order and employee behavior was analyzed using the Analytic Hierarchy Process. As a result of the analysis, it is determined that the alienation of work is the most important perception and the personnel behaviours vary according to the organizational perception.
