%0 Journal Article %T Public Relations as a Defense Mechanism Against Discriminatory Propaganda %A Simge ¨¹nl¨¹ Kurt %J - %D 2019 %X The purpose of this study is to examine the propaganda against ¡°marginal¡± organizations and individuals and how these organizations/individuals can use the methods and tools of public relations in the anti-propaganda process. In this context, firstly homophobic propaganda will be discussed as a type of discriminatory propaganda, and then prejudices and stereotypes against homosexuals will be examined with their reasons, usages, sub-themes and various examples.
