Twenty-seven young adult women participated in the study as a volunteer. Participants were performed regular aerobic exercise consisted of 75 minutes per session 3 days per week for 8 weeks. C-reactive protein (CRP), interleukin-6 (IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-¦Á) levels were determined in blood samples taken from participants before and after aerobic exercises for eight weeks. Differences between pretest-posttest measurements in the study were determined by Wilcoxon Signed Rank test. According to results of the present study, it was determined that there was a statistically significant difference between pre-test and post-test values of TNF-¦Á, IL-6, and CRP levels of the participants. As a result of the study, regular aerobic exercises for 8 weeks have been found to reduce participant¡¯s levels of serum TNF-¦Á, IL-6 ve CRP and shows that regular aerobic exercises can reduce the risk of getting chronic diseases %K Aerobik %K CRP %K Egzersiz %K IL-6 %K TNF-alfa %U http://dergipark.org.tr/omuspd/issue/36264/406607
