%0 Journal Article %T Corruption in Turkey %A Fatma Zehra TAN %A £¿enol £¿EK£¿NMEZ %J - %D 2018 %X Today, degeneration is observed in many areas, because moral judgments, social values and ethical codes are becoming increasingly unconcerned. In the world which is transparent with the influence of technology and media elements, these degenerations clearly show itself in public institutions. Corruption, which is one of the most important of these public problems, creates a climate of insecurity against public officials and the state by disrupting the peace of the public, such as a poisonous gas that is insidious. Therefore, the subject of the study is selected as corruption perception in Turkey. For this purpose, 2016 SELDI report and 2017 Transparency International report are used for data analysis.
