%0 Journal Article %T Investigation of Divorced Individuals' Coping Strategies and Quality of Life in Terms of Some Variables %A Fahri Sezer %A U£¿ur G¨¹rgan %J - %D 2018 %X In this study, it is aimed to reveal the multidimensional effect of divorce on separated couples. In this respect, it is examined what strategies individuals use to cope with the divorce process and what psychological problems they have experienced after divorce. 149 separated (divorced) individuals participated in the study. Of these, 132 (88.6%) were female and 17 (11.4%) were male. As data collection tool in this study, Coping Strategies Scale (COPE) and the World Health Organization Quality of Life Questionnaire-Short Form (WHOQOL-BREF-TR) were used. Coping Strategies (COPE) scale, which measures the different behaviors they show people against stress. The World Health Organization Short-Form of Quality of Life Scale (WHOQOL-BREF-TR) is used to measure the quality of life of individuals.
