If a delivery is not made by the expected date, the company may face order cancellation or the customer¡¯s refusal to pay. In this study, a decision support model, which deals with the problem of determining the delivery date, was proposed, and involves using a multi-criteria decision structure to balance customer satisfaction and organizational priorities. In the proposed model, the user assigns an order delivery date for each sorting model by sorting the orders in the bid pool of six decision models embedded into one interface. The proposed decision support model facilitates decision-making by utilizing six methods, based on the revenue approach of marketing managers, to determine how much revenue will be generated from orders with delivery dates within a specific period.
