In this study, it was aimed to investigate the relationship between Visfatin and Obestatin in parameters with insulin resistance parameters in Gestasyonel Diabetes Mellitus individuals. Materials and Methods: 41 healthy (control) and 34 Gestasyonel Diabetes Mellitus patients were included in the study. During the routine analysis of voluntary participation certificate, blood samples were taken from the aprotinin-containing tubes. Results: Age distribution was found to be significant among the groups included in the study. When Gestasyonel Diabetes Mellitus and control groups were compared in terms of serum lipid levels, triglyceride value was found statistically significant (p <0.05). While there was a significant difference between obestatin levels in Gestasyonel Diabetes Mellitus pregnant women who did not develop insulin resistance and insulin resistance (p <0.05), there was no significant difference between visfatin levels (p> 0.05). Conclusion: There was no statistically significant relationship between visfatin and obestatin (p> 0.05). Although there was a significant difference (p <0.05) between obestatin and insulin resistance, there was nosignificant difference in visfatin (p> 0.05) %K Gestasyonel Diabetes Mellitus %K Visfatin %K Obestatin %K £¿ns¨¹lin Direnci %U http://dergipark.org.tr/adiyamansaglik/issue/43834/488678
