Research data were collected using Decision Making Process in Schools Scale (G¨¹£¿l¨¹, £¿zer, Kurt & Ko£¿ar, 2012). In the data analysis, SPSS 21.00 program was used. According to the research results, the most effective factors influencing the joint decision process in schools are the school principal, the legislation, the Ministry and the province / township education directors and the assistant principals. This case is regarded as an indicator that the decision-making process in schools is not sufficiently participatory. Based on the results of the research, suggestions were made for the school administrators to involve school stakeholders in school decision-making processes and to ensure that the involved stakeholders have a more effective role in the decision-making process %K Karar %K Karar verme s¨¹reci %K Okul m¨¹d¨¹rleri %K £¿£¿retmen kat£¿l£¿m£¿ %K Kararlara kat£¿l£¿m %U http://dergipark.org.tr/etad/issue/46499/540622
