%0 Journal Article %T Being A Wheel But Supposed To Be At The Rudder: Ordinary£¿zat£¿on Of Cap£¿talist Individualism Over Italian Working Class Experience %A Onur UCA %J - %D 2018 %X The article acknowledges the distinctions among social classes. On the other hand, today the members of different classes act in a similar manner for individual goals at the individual level. The situation is due to the loss of power by the massive worker class and the consequences of globalization negatively affecting all classes in advanced capitalist countries. Common negativities cause them to behave similarly at the individual level. This article claims that these similarities constitute the ordinarization of capitalist individualism. The experience of Italian working class will be focused on closely and the historical evolution of the working class individualism will be examined in order to explain the ongoing process, the transition process.
