%0 Journal Article %T The Structural, Optical, Photoluminescence and Transport Properties of Zn: CuO Heterostructures %J - %D 2019 %X In this study, pure and Zn-doped CuO (denoted by Zn:CuO) heterostructures have been grown on glass substrates using the sol-gel method. The effect of zinc concentration on structural, optical and electrical properties of thin films has been analyzed. The X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis and field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM) have been used to investigate the composition and the morphology of the films. Optical properties have been characterized by UV¨CVisible (UV¨CVis) and Photoluminescence (PL) spectroscopy measurements. The optical band gap energies have been found to be dependent on Zn doping. Consequently, it is observed that Zn doping have strong effect on microstructure, optical and electrical properties of copper oxide thin films %K CuO yar£¿iletken ince film %K Heteroyap£¿ %K iletim %U http://dergipark.org.tr/nevbiltek/issue/42851/509354
