%0 Journal Article %T The Effect of Individuals¡¯ Personality Characteristics on Career Value (Entrepreneur): A Research on Entrepreneurship Inclinations of Associate Degree Students %A Bet¨¹l BALKAN AKAN %A Funda ER ¨¹LKER %J - %D 2019 %X The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of individuals¡¯ personality characteristics on career value (entrepreneur). In the context of this research, the relationships between individuals¡¯ gregarious-extraverted, warm-agreeable, assured-dominant, unassuming-ingenuous, personality characteristics, and their entrepreneurship inclinations are determined. The research was carried out on students who studies at Tekirda£¿ Nam£¿k Kemal University. 208 questionnaire forms which were accepted as valid from 220 questionnaires were evaluated. The obtained data were analyzed by using the SPSS program. As a result of the correlation and regression analysis made, meaningful in the positive direction but weak relationship was found between the warm-agreeable and unassuming-ingenuous personality characteristics and the entrepreneurial dimension of the career value. The warm-agreeable and unassuming-ingenuous personality characteristics affect individuals¡¯ entrepreneurship inclinations positively.
