%0 Journal Article %T Evaluation of Pre-School Education Administrators¡¯ Levels of Leadership Roles According to Teachers¡¯ Perceptions %A Arzu BAYINDIR %J - %D 2018 %X The aim of this research is to determine the opinions of pre-school teachers about the realization of the leadership roles of the principals working in pre-school education institutions. The survey model was used in this research. The population of the study consisted of 310 preschool teachers working in preschool education institutions in £¿anakkale in the 2014 - 2015 academic year. The research sample consisted of 210 teachers randomly selected. The data were collected by means of a scale that consisting of 8 questions and 5 options. Data analysis was carried out using the SPSS program. As a result, according to the teachers' opinions, it was seen that managers ¡°often¡± exhibit their leadership roles.
