%X It is planned to select the most effective Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software for any company by the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) technique. It has been discussed with competent employees of a company operating in the motorway construction sector. In addition, discussion was held with consultants of related ERP companies. As a result of all these efforts, the most effective ERP software was tried to be chosen. Deciding the right ERP software is one of the critical factor that will affect success of enterprises. Wrong decision can lead to unnecessary costs and loss of time. Even worse, it can be cause the workflow within the company to come to a halt. In the course of the work done, it was tried to assist the managers in their decision in the direction of the needs and expectations of the company using AHP method. The AHP method was used to select the most effective ERP software. Criteria to be taken into consideration are obtained from the literature with proven reliability. When the decision matrices were designed, the opinions of the people with the competence at the relevant firm were considered
