The use of technology makes it possible to reduce banking workload, improve efficiency at branch level, improve security in baking services, and reduce human resource costs substantially. These advantages help banks to increase their profitability. Taking into account the competitive conditions in the sector, further highlights the importance of internet banking services. The purpose of this study is to explore the electronic banking perceptions, expectations and attitudes of banking clients in the Bucak province of the city of Burdur. For this purpose, a questionnaire instrument was administered to existing banking clients and 123 clients voluntarily participated. The data collected through the questionnaire was then analysed to reflect the demographic attributes of the clients, their attitudes and perceptions towards electronic banking as well as expectations from it. Additionally, usage frequency and possible reasons for not using electronic banking were also explored.
