%X Ahmet Davutoglu, who came as a foreign minister
in 2009, During 7 years of duty multi-faceted dynamic foreign policy£¿ caused
significant changes in foreign policy. In 2010 and 2012, he added other
principles and continued on the road.This was Turkey's foreign policy
principles that determine the position and identity in the international
system. These principles have largely been the source and direction of foreign
policy. At the same time, the problems
experienced with Greece in this period, the relations that are being developed
with Armenia and the discussions with Israel and the support given to Palestine
in this context The important summit with the European Union, Ahmet
Davutoglu period will be discussed in order to mediate disagreements over the
unequal structure in the UN against global and major powers, to mediate
disputes in the near vicinity and to solve problems against neighbors
