In addition to identifying these relationships, significant differences in these variables will be examined according to title, work experience and working time in the institution. The survey was conducted with a face-to-face interview method of 275 personnel. Descriptive research techniques were used for quantitative research methods. As a result of research; it was found that there was a one-way and positive relationship between job stress and job satisfaction, and that there was statistically significant difference between job stress, job satisfaction and organizational culture levels according to title, work experience and working time in the institution %K £¿£¿ stresi %K i£¿ tatmini %K £¿rg¨¹t k¨¹lt¨¹r¨¹ %K hastane %K hastane y£¿netimi %U http://dergipark.org.tr/asead/issue/43544/527857
