Hotel establishments are the type of business where the most personnel is employed in the tourism sector by employing many personnel in various departments with 24 hour service understanding. The employed personnel are trained to benefit from the operation after they have been hired by spending a certain amount of time and enduring certain costs. These personnel continue to work in the enterprise due to the opportunities and benefits offered by the company. When there is a dissatisfaction with the offered opportunities or when there is a company providing better opportunities, they intends to leave the job. There are several factors that may cause to the intention of leaving the hotels. Among these factors that there may be a religious lifestyle as a factor affecting the intention to leave work, therefore, the aim of the study is; to identify the impact of Islamic life styles on the intention to leave work. The research population consist of the employees of five star thermal hotels in Afyonkarahisar city center. Data were collected by using survey method and 300 questionnaires are applied as quota sapling incidentally, however only 229 fully-polled of them were taken consideration to evaluate. In the analysis of the data, descriptive statistics, frequency, correlation and regression analysis were used. Research results show that the sensitivity of the employees towards the Islamic lifestyle is considerably high, thermal hotel enterprises have adequate in-house infrastructure to fulfill the religious duties to the employees and offer the necessary diversity of facilities, at this point managers provide flexibility for employees, however, it was detected that the Islamic life style had no effect on the intention for leaving the work %K Turizm %K £¿slami Ya£¿am Tarz£¿ %K £¿£¿ten Ayr£¿lma Niyeti %K Termal Otel £¿£¿letmeleri %K Afyonkarahisar %U http://dergipark.org.tr/asead/issue/42912/513091
