In the literature, research on organizational cynicism has generally been related to job satisfaction, organizational support, organizational silence and turnover intention. When we examine the literature, it¡¯s seen that, there are a number of studies which includes following three topics organizational cynicism and burnout at the same time. Therefore, the study is important because of this feature. In this context, the aim of this study is to examine relationship between with organizational cynicism and job burnout. In the study, survey technique was used as the data collection method.
