%0 Journal Article %T Determination of Self-Efficacy Beliefs of Students at Faculty of Sports Sciences of Akdeniz University %A Alkan U£¿URLU %J - %D 2018 %X The aim of this study is the determination of the self-efficacy beliefs of the students who study at the Faculty of Sports Sciences of Akdeniz University. 61 women (41.8%) and 85 men (58.2%), total 146 student voluntarily participated in the study. In the research, information about socio-demographic variables were collected by the Personal Information Form created by the researcher. To reach the purpose of the research; Turkish version £¿apa, £¿ak£¿ro£¿lu and Sar£¿kaya (2005) of The Teacher Self-Efficacy Scale developed by Tschannen-Moran and Woolfolk (1998) was used. The scale is a 9-point Likert-type scale consisting of 24 items. The consistency of responses to the Teacher Self-Efficacy Scale used in the study was examined by Cronbach alpha (¦Á= .94). The distribution of the obtained data was examined and has normal distribution (Tabachnick and Fidell, 2014). Descriptive statistics, frequency (f), percentage (%) and ANOVA tests were used in the analysis of the data, and SPSS 25.0 statistical program was used in the analysis of the data and statistical significance level was accepted as p <0.05 for all evaluations. According to the result of the study, when the findings obtained from the related field literature are compared; There was a significant difference in single sub-dimension in terms of department.
