Inadequate income and financial resources in the face of increased needs and expenditures are causing problems, unhappiness, and difficulty in providing income-expenditure balance. Unfulfilled wishes and expectations result in burnout of internal resources. People tire out over time and are depleted of energy. In this context, a personal information form was used in the first part of a questionnaire, a financial wellbeing scale in the second part, and a burnout scale in the third part to determine whether financial wellbeing is related to burnout. Our research shows a positive and significant relationship between financial wellbeing and emotional burnout (r = 0,17), total burnout (r = 0,18), and desensitization (r = 0,15), (p < 0,01). In general, there is no significant relationship between financial wellbeing and personal failure perception (p > 0,05) %K Finansal iyilik %K T¨¹kenmi£¿lik %K Ku£¿aklar %U http://dergipark.org.tr/iuiieyd/issue/38206/441400
