%X This study aims to discuss the labor market dynamics in Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus. Unemployment is one of the most important socio-economic problems for Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus. Other important problems are specifically related with youth unemployment, gender difference in the work force, migrant workers and job creation potential of the economy. In order to solve unemployment problem, both public sector and private sector should be organize themselves to create new job potentials, and active labor force policies must be implemented
