Thus, to make with safe, efficient, sustainable, cost-effective and environmentally friendly policies and projects including produce a better aircraft, opening new airports, and training a greater number of more qualified training personnel are aimed for the aviation industry. These studies also include air traffic management and air traffic controllers which are most important shareholders of aviation sector as human resources. Air traffic management has crucial importance for management of increasing traffic flow safely and effectively. Importance of air traffic controllers who work in airspaces are used for flight training conducted to supply increasing demand of pilot, are also increasing. Recent studies on air traffic management for air space complexity and measurement of air traffic controller¡¯s workload pay attention to air traffic controllers who work for enroute and approach air spaces. There have been limited studies related to controllers who serve in the airspace used for flight training as tower controllers. In this research, it is aimed to have data and evaluate perceptions and visions related to workload of the air traffic controllers working on the flight training airspace. Research has been conducted to achieve this goal on International Hasan Polatkan (Anadolu University) Airport flight training airspace and its stakeholders as £¿nstructor pilots and air traffic controllers. Qualitative research methods used for evaluation of airspace users and air traffic controller¡¯s opinions and quantitative research methods used to analyze for airspace. In scope of this research first individual interviews made before focus group interviews. The experts pointed out the hazardous situations while expressing workload related considerations in the context of safety and capacity management related issue %K U£¿u£¿ E£¿itimi %K Hava Trafik Y£¿netimi %K Emniyet ve Risk Y£¿netimi %K Kontrol£¿r £¿£¿ Y¨¹k¨¹ Y£¿netimi %U http://dergipark.org.tr/suhad/issue/44810/557339
