%0 Journal Article %T A General Assessment of the View of Business Law of No- Discrimination Exceptions with the Effect of Turkey's Human Rights and Gender Equality Authority Act %A Dilek Kayaalp %J - %D 2019 %X In international law, it is envisaged that countries will establish national institutions in order to protect their fundamental rights and freedoms more effectively. The protection of fundamental rights and freedoms, in this context, reflecting of institutionalization aiming to prevent human rights violations in our country is ¡°Tš¹rkiye £¿nsan Haklar£¿ ve E£¿itlik Kurumu¡± and the work towards this institution has first shown itself in the late 20th century. The process started with the establishment of the Human Rights Investigation Commission in 1990, has continued until today with the publication of the ¡°Tš¹rkiye £¿nsan Haklar£¿ ve E£¿itlik Kurumu Kanunu¡±. Objectives of the institution are protection and development of human rights in legal regulation, ensuring the principle of equality, prevention of discrimination, fight against torture and ill-treatment. The law also regulates discrimination in the field of employment and legally secured, but brought some exceptions.
