%0 Journal Article %T Woman Labor Force in Development Plans and Legal Framework: The case of Turkey %A Pelin Yantur %J - %D 2019 %X As a result of the social, cultural and economic changes that have taken place with spreading gloablizm since the 1980s, the labor factor plays an important role in accessing potential national income. In this respect, participation of women, formed about half of the world's population, to labor force constitutes an effective place. The results of experienced changes despite the necessary opportunites are formed and regulations are made for female labor force, participation of women to labor force rates did not occur in Turkey at the targeted level. Despite women's labor force which was active in the agricultural sector before the Tanzimat reform era experienced some of improvements on participation in business life during and after Tanzimat reform, constitutional monarchy and republic period , processing of development plans in itself only seen from 1990-1994 Sixth five year progress plans.
