%0 Journal Article %T Organizational Resistance Of Marble Factories By Perception Of Employees %A Funda K£¿ran %J - %D 2018 %X The main purpose of this research is to investigate how their employees perceive organizational resilience of marble factories. The research was carried out by using quantitative research methods. The sample of research consist of 146 participants working in 10 marble factories and the population of research is marble factories operating in the district of Bucak in Burdur province. In the results of the study, it was determined that the average of the general organizational resilience is high according to perception of the employees. When the sub-dimensions are examined; it has been found that the perception of robustness sub dimension which shows the resistance capacity is very high, agility sub-dimension which expresses how easily and quickly the workplaces adapt to changing conditions and the perception of integrity sub-dimension which means that the employees act as a whole are high level.
