%0 Journal Article %T EFFECT OF ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE ON MOTIVATION OF CLASSROOM TEACHERS IN PRIMARY SCHOOLS %A Hasan Demirta£¿ %A Mahmut Aksoy %A Onur Bal£¿ %A £¿a£¿lar £¿a£¿lar %J - %D 2019 %X The purpose of this study is to determine the organizational culture perceptions and motivation levels of the classroom teachers working in the primary schools of Ministry of National Education and to examine the relationship between these two. This study is a descriptive study based on the survey model. The population of the study consisted of 4619 classroom teachers working in the primary schools in two central districts of Gaziantep, £¿ahinbey and £¿ehitkamil, in 2015-2016 academic year. The sample of the study consisted of 358 classroom teachers determined by cluster sampling method. As data collection tool, School Culture Questionnaire by Terzi (2005) and Primary School Teacher Motivation Scale by £¿zt¨¹rk and Uzunkol (2013) were used. In the analysis of data, regression, correlation, t-test and Anova tests were used. When the findings are evaluated, it is concluded that organizational culture is a significant predictor of the motivation levels of teachers and there is a positive and a low level of relationship between the organizational culture and the motivation levels of the teachers %K £¿rg¨¹t k¨¹lt¨¹r¨¹ %K okul k¨¹lt¨¹r¨¹ %K s£¿n£¿f £¿£¿retmeni %K motivasyon %U http://dergipark.org.tr/adyusbd/issue/44162/486990
