%X Resumen (es_ES) En este art赤culo comparamos las finalidades formativas dispuestas para la enseˋanza de la argumentaci車n oral en el curr赤culo colombiano de lengua. A fin de sopesar la pertinencia de los denominados Derechos B芍sicos de Aprendizaje (MEN, 2017), el estudio revisa comparativamente tres documentos curriculares del 芍rea de lengua (MEN, 1998, 2006, 2017). La investigaci車n, metodol車gicamente anclada al paradigma cualitativo-interpretativo, se dirige al ciclo de educaci車n media desde un esquema orientado por el an芍lisis de contenido (Krippendorff, 1990), mediante el cual discriminamos entre objetivos de formaci車n: para aprender sobre y para aprender mediante la argumentaci車n oral. Como hallazgos encontramos: 1) indefinici車n en las categor赤as de oralidad, texto y argumentaci車n; y 2) desconexiones entre los documentos curriculares; y entre los objetivos de formaci車n y sus modelos de argumentaci車n asociados. Resumen (en_US) In this article, we compare the formative purposes available for teaching oral argumentation on the basis of the Colombian curriculum for language subject area. In order to weigh the relevance of the so-called Derechos B芍sicos de Aprendizaje (MEN, 2017), the study comparatively reviews three curricular documents from the language subject area (MEN, 1998, 2006, 2017). This research, methodologically anchored to the qualitative-interpretative paradigm, is directed to the middle education cycle from a scheme guided by Content Analysis (Krippendorff, 1990), a scheme through which we discriminate between training objectives: to learn -about -; and to learn -through- oral argumentation. Findings include: 1) lack of definition in the orality, text, and argumentation categories; and 2) disconnection between the curricular documents; and between the objectives and their associated argumentation models
