%X “可持续发展观”是当今世界各国行业发展和建设面临多样化方向的物质基石，就目前农牧业可持续发展而言如何有效的实现其农业资源与环境领域技术突破、密切依存关系以及未来发展思路等是学术界研究的主导方向和潮流，同时也是被广大政府界指明的思想观念和发展道路，高质量发展要求农牧业经济发展实现资源合理有效利用和环境的友好发展，即本文以学术界最具热点话题循环农业低碳经济发展为切入点和思考点，就如何实现高效循环农业探讨自身的几点认知和见解，提出未来农牧业低碳经济发展实现的路径和方式，以便丰富和完善低碳经济发展领域分支科学，为未来生态环境保护领域创新发展方向和目标提供可供参考的理论依据和创新思路，仅供科研学术界参考与学习。<br />
“The concept of sustainable development” is the material cornerstone of the diversified direction of industry development and construction in the world. In terms of the current sustainable develop-ment of agriculture and animal husbandry, how to effectively realize the technological break-through, close dependence and future development ideas in the field of agricultural resources and environment is the leading direction and trend of academic research, and also pointed out by the majority of government circles ideas and development path, high-quality development requires the economic development of agriculture and animal husbandry to realize the rational and effective use of resources and the friendly development of the environment. That is to say, this paper takes the development of low-carbon economy of circular agriculture as the most hot topic in the academic circles as the breakthrough point and thinking point, discusses some cognition and opinions on how to realize the efficient circular agriculture, and puts forward the way to realize the low-carbon eco-nomic development of agriculture and animal husbandry in the future, in order to enrich and im-prove the branch science in the field of low-carbon economic development, and provide reference theoretical basis and innovative ideas for the future innovation and development direction and goal in the field of ecological environment protection, it is only for the reference and study of scientific research academia.
