Optimization Model for Cooperative Operation of “Source-Grid-Load” in Distribution Network with Renewable Energy %A 庄仲 %A 吴杰康 %A 杨金文 %A 何家裕 %A 梁继深 %A 余方明 %J Smart Grid %P 148-163 %@ 2161-8771 %D 2021 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/SG.2021.112015 %X 由于配网系统线路功率和节点电压的约束,新能源注入配网时面临着运行欠佳的问题。因此,本文提出一种考虑智能软开关(SOP)与虚拟储能(VES)有功/无功调节能力的“源–网–荷”协同优化运行策略。首先,构建了配电网运行下“源–网–荷”层的模型以及约束条件;然后,考虑配电网运行约束并以综合运行成本费用目标函数。最后,采用改进IEEE33节点配电系统进行算例仿真,与不同策略进行对比分析,验证本文策略的有效性。结果表明,本文提出的“源–网–荷”协同运行策略可以有效提高配电系统消纳新能源的能力,减少电压偏差率,提高运行经济性。
Due to the constraints of line power and node voltage in distribution network system, the operation of new energy injection distribution network is faced with the problem of poor operation. Therefore, this paper proposes a “source-network-load” cooperative optimization operation strategy considering the active/reactive power regulation ability of intelligent soft switch (SOP) and virtual energy storage (VES) in this paper. Firstly, the model and constraints of “source-network- load” layer under distribution network operation are constructed, and then the operation constraints of distribution network are considered and the objective function of integrated operation cost is taken into account. Finally, the IEEE33 node distribution system is simulated and compared with different strategies to verify the effectiveness of this strategy. The results show that the “source-network-load” cooperative operation strategy proposed in this paper can effectively improve the ability of distribution system to absorb new energy, reduce voltage deviation rate and improve operation economy. %K 新能源配电系统,“源–网–荷”协同运行,虚拟储能,多目标优化,智能软开关
