离心泵是管路系统中的重要动力元件,也是管路系统中主要噪声源之一。在离心泵运行过程中,泵内流动诱导噪声向管路上下游传播。为了更好地了解离心泵诱导流噪声的大小,通过试验测试的方法,基于四端网络测量法,分析在不同流量及不同转速条件下离心泵进出口流噪声的变化规律。研究结果可为工程中离心泵流噪声控制提供参考。
The centrifugal pump is an important power element and one of the main noise sources in pipeline system. During the operation of the centrifugal pump, the flow in the pump induces noise to propagate up and down the pipeline. In order to better understand the magnitude of the induced flow noise of the centrifugal pump, through the test method, based on the fourterminal network measurement method, the change law of the inlet and outlet flow noise of the centrifugal pump is analyzed under different flow rate and different speed conditions. The research results can provide reference for the control of centrifugal pump flow noise in engineering.
