Construction and Application of Electricity Big Data Based Index Model for Shanghai Economic Development %A 奚增辉 %A 王卫斌 %J Smart Grid %P 218-228 %@ 2161-8771 %D 2021 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/SG.2021.113021 %X 电力需求变化长期以来被认为是社会经济运行的“晴雨表”和“风向标”,通过对用电大数据的分析,可以监测经济社会发展水平,服务政府城市治理。然而,现阶段对于全面监测和综合反映城市经济发展的电力指数产品较为缺乏,一般仅针对电力消费、复工复产等某一经济发展局部情况,难以多元有效衡量城市整体经济发展水平。本文从2021年上海市政府工作目标入手,以电力大数据为基石,构建上海市经济发展电力指数,从经济景气、节能环保、产业升级、重点关注领域多方面科学评估城市经济发展,并对过去一年上海经济的发展情况进行分析。
Changes in electricity demand have long been regarded as the “barometer” and “weathervane” of social and economic operations. Through the analysis of big data on electricity consumption, the level of economic and social development can be monitored and served for government’s city governance needs. However, at this stage, there is a lack of electric power index products that comprehensively monitor and reflect the city’s economic status. Generally, current electric power index products only target certain economic fields such as electric power consumption, resumption of work and production during the COVID-19 outbreak, and it is difficult to effectively measure the city economic development level from a comprehensive perspective. This article starts with the goals of the Shanghai Municipal Government in 2021, and uses electric power big data as the cornerstone to construct the Electricity-based Shanghai Economic Development Index.
