Effect of the Enrichment of Alkali Metal on Blast Furnace Smelting %A 丁关根 %A 吴达登 %J Metallurgical Engineering %P 15-18 %@ 2373-1486 %D 2022 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/MEng.2022.91003 %X 碱金属富集对高炉冶炼影响较大,通过分析碱金属在高炉内的行为,对其来源和富集循环机理有所了解,进一步降低碱金属富集对高炉冶炼的影响。高炉内碱金属富集对入炉原燃料有很大的影响,降低高炉内碱金属富集的手段主要有:1) 降低入炉碱金属负荷是降低高炉内碱金属富集的重要手段;2) 加强炉渣排碱能力,加强炉内炉温、碱度管理。减少碱金属在炉内的富集程度,可以保障高炉冶炼品质,为降本增效提供保障。
Base metal enrichment has a great impact on blast furnace smelting. By analyzing the behavior of alkali metal in the blast furnace, we have some understanding of its source and enrichment cycle mechanism, and further reduce the impact of alkali metal enrichment on blast furnace smelting. The enrichment of alkali metal in the blast furnace has a great impact on the original fuel in the furnace. The main means to reduce the enrichment of alkali metal in the blast furnace are: 1) Reducing the alkali metal load is an important means to reduce the enrichment of alkali metal in the blast furnace; 2) Strengthening the alkali discharge capacity of slag and strengthening the management of furnace temperature and alkali degree in the furnace. Reducing the enrichment of alkali metal in the furnace can guarantee the smelting quality of the impaired blast furnace and provide a guarantee for cost reduction and efficiency increase. %K 碱金属,高炉,富集
