	乡村是城市发展的基础，发展乡村就是在发展城市。乡村振兴不仅要让农村居民富起来，还要农村居民幸福起来，增强农村居民生活获得感与幸福感，农村人居环境整治是重要支点。本文针对当前西北农村居民住房安全、饮水安全、出行安全、垃圾和污水治理进行了分析，并对整治优化提出了建议。<br />
The countryside is the foundation of urban development, and the development of the countryside is the development of the city. Rural revitalization should not only make rural residents rich, but also make rural residents happy, and enhance rural residents’ sense of life gain and happiness. The improvement of rural living environment is an important fulcrum. This paper analyzes the current housing safety, drinking water safety, travel safety, garbage and sewage treatment of rural residents in Northwest China, and puts forward suggestions for improvement and optimization.
