Technology Development of Reducing Manganese by Adding Titanium for Q355B Steel %A 陈小龙 %A 潘建设 %A 汪晛 %J Metallurgical Engineering %P 57-65 %@ 2373-1486 %D 2022 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/MEng.2022.91008 %X 针对加Ti降Mn新工艺生产Q355B时出现的钢水纯净度和铸坯表面质量下滑等问题,采用氧氮分析仪、金相显微镜、扫描电镜等分析手段,对加Ti降Mn新工艺进行研究。结果表明,钢水氮含量高、氧化钛夹杂多、[Mn/S]降低是造成质量下滑的主要原因。通过系统性的优化工艺,采用“BOF-LF-CC”工艺生产的Q355B质量达到原工艺质量指标,实现了低成本工艺冶炼Q355B的控制目标。
Aiming at the problems of molten steel purity and slab surface quality decline in the production of Q355B by the new process of adding Ti to reduce Mn, the new process of adding Ti to reduce Mn was studied by means of oxygen-nitrogen analyzer, metallographic microscope and scanning electron microscope. The results show that the main reasons for the quality decline are the high nitrogen content of molten steel, more titanium oxide inclusions and the decrease of [Mn/S]. Through systematic process optimization, the quality of Q355B produced by “BOF-LF-CC” process reaches the original process quality index, and the control goal of low-cost process smelting Q355B is realized. %K 加Ti降Mn,氮含量,氧化钛,Q355B,冶炼
