%X 阑尾周围脓肿是小儿普外科常见的腹部急诊之一，根据患儿的临床表现、实验室检查、B超及CT可以明确诊断；而阑尾周围脓肿的治疗包括非手术治疗和手术治疗，各自存在优缺点，也存在较大争议，故本文将对阑尾周围脓肿的诊断和治疗现状进行综述。<br />
Appendiceal abscess is one of the common emergencies among children in general surgery. The diagnosis of appendiceal abscess can be made based on the clinical manifestations, laboratory examinations, ultrasound and CT findings. The treatment of appendiceal abscess includes nonsurgical treatment and surgical treatment, which exist many controversies. Thus, this review aims to summarize the current viewpoints in diagnosis and treatment of appendiceal abscess.
