Microbial Composition and 16S rDNA Identification of Alfalfa Root Nodules %A 颜珲璘 %A 祁岩慧 %A 苟恒瑞 %A 李雪飞 %A 芦光新 %J Advances in Microbiology %P 135-140 %@ 2327-0829 %D 2022 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/AMB.2022.112016 %X 目的;鉴定环青海湖地区紫花苜蓿根瘤内细菌组成的多样性。方法:试验以环青海湖地区紫花苜蓿根瘤作为供试材料,刚果红YMA培养基通过平板划线法进行细菌培养,进行分子鉴定。结果:共分离出14株菌株,分别属于苜蓿中华根瘤菌(Sinorhizobium meliloti)、枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis strain)、假单胞菌(Pseudomonas kilonesis)以及桃色欧文氏菌(Erwinia persicina)。结论:表明环青海湖地区紫花苜蓿根瘤内细菌具有多样性,本研究不仅拓展了紫花苜蓿根瘤内细菌多样性的研究方法,还为寄主植物根际促生菌的研究提供了分析思路。
Objective: To identify the diversity of bacterial composition in alfalfa root nodules around Qinghai Lake. Method: Alfalfa root nodules from Qinghai Lake area were used as test materials, and Congo red YMA medium was used for bacterial culture by plate streak method, and molecular identification was carried out. Results: A total of 14 strains were isolated. They belong to Sinorhizobium meliloti, Bacillus Subtilis strain, Pseudomonas kilonesis and Erwinia persicina. Conclusion: This study not only expanded the research method of bacterial diversity in alfalfa root nodule, but also provided an analytical idea for the study of rhizosphere growth promoting bacteria of host plants. %K 紫花苜蓿,根瘤,分离培养,16S rDNA鉴定
