Research on Vibration Reduction Optimization of High Speed Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor %A 刘钊 %A 卢兰 %A 沙瑞 %J Journal of Electrical Engineering %P 112-123 %@ 2333-5424 %D 2022 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/JEE.2022.102013 %X 高速永磁同步电机运行过程中产生的电磁振动对电机寿命和性能有重要影响,为减小电磁振动情况,本文对电机定、转子结构进行了优化研究。文中首先基于样机参数建立了考虑硅钢片磁致伸缩效应的数值模型,并对其进行多物理场耦合振动分析。其次,气隙磁场的变化直接影响电机的电磁振动情况,通过分析确定了四种优化变量,并采用田口法正交试验对四种优化变量进行排布,以电机定子铁心振动的动能和弹性应变能为优化目标,对其进行优化设计。最后,通过对比优化前后高速永磁同步电机的定子铁心振动位移变形、振动加速度和振动能量情况,结果表明优化后的电机在保证电磁转矩的基础上,电磁振动情况得到有效改善。
The electromagnetic vibration produced during the operation of high-speed permanent magnet synchronous motor has an important impact on the service life and performance of the motor. The stator and rotor structure of the motor is optimized in this paper to reduce the electromagnetic vibration. Firstly, based on the prototype parameters, a finite element model considering the magnetostriction of silicon steel sheet is established, and its multi physical field coupling vibration is analyzed. Secondly, the change of air gap magnetic field directly affects the electromagnetic vibration of the motor. Four optimization variables are determined through analysis, and the four optimization variables are arranged by Taguchi method orthogonal test. Taking the kinetic energy and elastic strain energy of motor stator core vibration as the optimization objectives, the optimization design is carried out. Finally, the results show that the optimized motor can effectively improve the electro-magnetic vibration on the basis of ensuring the electromagnetic torque by comparing the vibration displacement deformation, vibration acceleration and vibration energy of stator core of high-speed permanent magnet synchronous motor before and after optimization. %K 高速永磁同步电机,电磁振动,田口法,振动能量
