It deals with the issue of citizenship, nationality, domicile and renvoi. Islamic international law also talks about such issues in quite details, as Islamic law has left no area of the life untouched or un-explored. There are huge numbers of Muslims migrating from one state to another, same is the case with Pakistan, and then they get married to different women of distinct nationalities. The problem arises when they are divorced or separated from each other. This article tries to address such matrimonial issues from the perspective of private international law and Islamic international law.
