%X 随着经济快速发展，自然资源不断开发，我国水资源问题日益显现。面对水资源的相关严峻问题，城市工程系统中的给排水系统对于水资源短缺及环境保护问题具有重大意义。另外，我国也制定了相关政策、规定、举措来解决这一严峻考验与挑战。<br />
With the rapid economic development and the continuous development of natural resources, the problem of water resources in China is becoming increasingly apparent. Water supply and drai-nage system in urban engineering system are of great significance to water resources shortage and environmental protection in the face of the severe problems related to water resources. In addition, China has also formulated relevant policies, regulations and measures to solve this se-vere test and challenge.
