%X 目的：探讨三七黄精膏对正常小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法：将150只SPF级雄性昆明小鼠随机平均分为3批。每批动物随机分为溶剂对照组(溶剂灌胃)、阳性对照组(灌胃给予盐酸左旋咪唑25 mg/kg)、三七黄精膏低剂量组(灌胃给予三七黄精膏200 mg/kg)、中剂量组(灌胃给予三七黄精膏400 mg/kg)、高剂量组(灌胃给予三七黄精膏800 mg/kg)，每组10只小鼠，各组连续灌胃30天。第一批动物进行体质量、脏器指数测定、血清溶血素测定；第二批动物进行小鼠淋巴细胞增殖转化和自然杀伤细胞活性测定；第三批动物进行腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能检测。结果：不同剂量的三七黄精膏对正常小鼠体质量、胸腺指数和脾脏指数、腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬指数和吞噬百分率无明显影响(<em>P</em> &gt; 0.05)；不同剂量的三七黄精膏能明显提高正常小鼠脾淋巴细胞转化能力、血清溶血素滴度水平和自然杀伤细胞活性(<em>P</em> &lt; 0.05)。结论：三七黄精膏具有免疫增强作用，能明显增强正常小鼠细胞免疫功能、体液免疫功能和自然杀伤细胞活性。<br />
Objective: To investigate the effect of Sanqi-Huangjing ointment on immune function of normal mice. Methods: 150 SPF grade male Kunming mice were divided into 3 batches on average. Each batch of animals was randomly divided into solvent control group (solvent intragastric administration), positive control group (intragastric administration of levamisole hydrochloride 25 mg/kg), low dose group of Sanqi-Huangjing ointment (intragastric administration of Sanqi-Huangjing ointment 200 mg/kg), medium dose group (intragastric administration of Sanqi-Huangjing ointment 400 mg/kg) and high dose group (intragastric administration of Sanqi-Huangjing ointment 800 mg/kg), n = 10 in each group, all mice received continuous intragastric administration for 30 days. The body weight, organ indexes and serum hemolysin of the first batch of mice were measured; The second batch of mice were tested for lymphocyte transformation and NK cell activity; The third batch of mice were tested for phagocytic function of peritoneal macrophages. Results: Different doses of Sanqi-Huangjing ointment had no significant effects on body weight, spleen index spleen index and thymus index, phagocytosis percentage and phagocytosis index of peritoneal macrophages (<em>P</em> &gt; 0.05). Different doses of Sanqi-Huangjing ointment significantly improved the transformation ability of spleen lymphocytes, serum hemolysin titer and natural killer cell activity in normal mice (<em>P</em> &lt; 0.05). Conclusion: Sanqi-Huangjing ointment has immune enhancement effect, it can significantly enhance the cellular immune function, humoral immune function and natural killer cell activity of normal mice.
