Research on Improving the Stability of Electric Vehicle Body Based on Distributed Drive %A 刘阳辉 %J Mechanical Engineering and Technology %P 53-59 %@ 2167-6623 %D 2023 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/MET.2023.121007 %X 分布式驱动电动汽车相比于传统汽车具有动力单独控制,传动效率高等优点。为充分发挥分布式驱动电动汽车的动力以及结构特点,本文对分布式驱动电动汽车稳定性提升的方法进行研究。提出了一种基于车轮滑移率来判定车轮运动状态,通过控制车轮转矩输出使得车轮处于最佳滑移率区间的方式来降低车轮打滑的情况,进一步提升车身的横向稳定性与驾驶舒适性。在CarSim和Simulink联合仿真中进行实验测试,实验证明该方法在路面低附着系数的情况下具有良好的效果。
Compared with traditional vehicles, distributed drive electric vehicles have the advantages of sep-arate power control and high transmission efficiency. In order to give full play to the power and structural characteristics of distributed drive electric vehicles, this paper studies the method of improving the stability of distributed drive electric vehicles. A method based on wheel slip rate to determine the wheel motion state is proposed. By controlling the wheel torque output to make the wheel in the optimal slip rate range, the wheel slip is reduced, and the lateral stability and driving comfort of the body are further improved. The experimental test is carried out in the joint simula-tion of CarSim and Simulink.
